Shipping:
United States Postal Service, all shipments are insured.
USPS Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping $5.95 expected delivery within 3-5 days.
If you need a rush delivery please contact us for alternative shipping methods/rates.
Please double check your shipping address. If the address listed for shipping is incorrect there are no refunds, and additional charges will be assessed to ship it again.
Return Policy:
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order with 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges - shipping charges are not refundable). All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error.
Returning Your Order:
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s)
- Contact Jordana via e-mail and tell her why and when you are returning your order.
- Send your item(s) with any and all tags attached, original packing materials, and original invoice by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
