What Payment Options do I have?

You can pay by Credit Card (PayPal) or Money Order.

We use PayPal for customers who want to pay by credit card. PayPal no longer requires you to create a PayPal account to complete a purchase. You will go through an alternate checkout and have the option at the end of your transaction to sign up for a PayPal account if you want. It is very secure and since the purchase is going through PayPal none of your information is stored on our website. Customers who already have PayPal accounts will continue to enjoy the privileges of those accounts.

How do I know the right size for my jewelry?

I want your handcrafted jewelry to fit comfortably so you can look and feel good when wearing your one-of-a-kind creation.

Tips for proper sizing are:

Measuring for a bracelet and/or watch:

• Step 1. Using a flexible tape measure or string, measure just below the wrist bone.
• Step 2. Now take that measurement and add one inch to allow room for comfort. This should give you an approximate size for the bracelet or watch you will need.

Bracelet size 7.25 to 7.5 is generally the average

Measuring for an anklet

• Step 1. First determine if you are more comfortable wearing your anklet above or below your ankle bone.
• Step 2. Using a flexible tape measure or string measure around your ankle at the place you prefer and add ½ to 1” for comfort.

Example: If your ankle measures 9” then your anklet size will be 9.5”-10”.

If your item does not fit properly I will resize it free of charge - I just ask that you pay for all shipping charges.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your handcrafted jewelry clean and in good condition gently wipe with a soft, 100% cotton lint free cloth. Apply perfumes, make-up, hairspray and lotions prior to putting on jewelry.

To help prevent sterling silver from tarnishing, place each piece separately in a plastic zip-top bag. Gently press the air from the bag and seal. Never store pearls in a plastic bag.

To remove tarnish from sterling silver use a jewelers cloth. Be careful not to polish the beads around the silver components since the chemicals in the cloth can dull these.

You should avoid wearing your handcrafted jewelry while swimming or bathing.

Is gift wrap available?

Your handcrafted jewelry will arrive in either an organza gift pouch or a jewelry gift box depending on the piece purchased.

What do I do if the item I am interested in is already sold?

If the item you love has already been purchased, send an email to jordana@jordanalee.com including the item number and description of the piece you are interested in. It is possible that a similar piece can be made as a custom order.
